Job Title: Administrative Assistant

PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our CEO/Founder, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO/Founder, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
  • Assist with various projects, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
