Client Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Representative to join our team at Client Matchmaking LLC. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping accounting and tax firms increase their revenue by connecting them with ideal clients and enhancing their sales processes.
As a Client Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling sales appointments for our valued service clients, which are primarily accounting firms. You will also communicate updates, marketing directives, and opportunities for positive change directly with our service clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule sales appointments for our clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and database management.
- Organizational Skills: Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Proven experience in managing clients' calendars.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
