We are seeking a skilled Sales Closer/Qualifier to join our vibrant team at Apex Brokers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through effective sales strategies and client relations.

The ideal candidate will have prior phone sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for engaging with new leads weekly, qualifying potential clients, closing deals, and achieving sales targets consistently.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. If you are a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with new leads weekly, ensuring high-quality service and expertise.
  • Effectively qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and matching them with suitable products and services.
  • CLOSE DEALS AND ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS CONSISTENTLY TO MEET THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL GOALS.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to innovate and refine lead generation and closing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Participate in team meetings to align strategies and enhance overall team performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior phone sales experience, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade a variety of audiences.
  • Effective team player who can contribute to dynamic and collaborative team environments.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, even under pressure, in order to drive the company's sales efforts.
