  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
