Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team at ARS Treatment Centers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with daily operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in the use of medical software and technology, including electronic health records (EHRs).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
