Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our management team at a long-term care facility in Newark, NJ. This is a temporary position, ideal for those looking to gain experience and earn extra income during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facility's management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with billing and other financial tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with staff and residents to ensure smooth operations, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, promoting effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ensuring seamless integration with company systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Must be vaccinated, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
