Job Summary

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team. As an Office Services Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail and office services. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company that values teamwork and career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between our mail and office services team and client departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels to the appropriate recipients and departments.
  • Collect and process outgoing mail, using computer or service provider's equipment, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage accountable mail using tracking systems and capture signatures for every package delivered.
  • Maintain inventory control of mail and shipment supplies, and restock as needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for other employees as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately.
