- Patient Registration: Accurately register patients in the management system, ensuring all information is correctly entered.
- Documentation: Collect and maintain identification and insurance documentation.
- Financial Transactions: Process co-pays and manage outstanding balances.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure encounter forms are updated and accurate.
- Compliance: Obtain necessary signatures for financial agreements and privacy policies.
- Communication: Handle phone inquiries, messages, and appointment scheduling.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Travel between office locations as required, without overnight stays.
- Minimal weekend work may be necessary.
- Prepare charts for upcoming patient clinics.
Full-time position.
CompensationHourly pay rate of $17.50.

Experience RequirementA minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist is preferred.
