About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption of Lead Generation Ads for small to medium-sized advertisers on TikTok's ad platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer-centric market strategy for Lead Generation Ads, focusing on increasing product adoption, user satisfaction, and market penetration.
  • Conduct in-depth customer interviews to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences, and translate these insights into actionable strategies that align with our product development.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to inform and enhance market strategies, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to gain a deep understanding of market trends, customer usage patterns, and the adoption process.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach in market plans and customer engagement strategies.
  • Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to position our products effectively and innovatively in the market.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, product development, or related fields, with experience in advertising and the SMB segment a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of projects, show resilience, and work well with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others without authority.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools like SQL, with the ability to draw actionable insights independently.
