About the Role

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our print lab business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven strategy development and execution to grow acquisition of professional photographers and conversion to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Revenues: Focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for our print lab business.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points and customer needs, which can inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Content: Develop marketing content on our company website, including web pages, videos, creatives, presale and post-order customer support content, and assist channel marketers for paid and organic marketing campaigns.
  • Offline Marketing: Test, validate, and develop offline marketing channels for presale, account management, and business development.
  • Education and Training: Orchestrate educational programs (webinars, content marketing campaigns, in-person events, influencers, trade shows) that inspire our target audience and help facilitate product education and trials.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success in growing eCommerce business with a long conversion funnel.
  • Combined understanding of eCommerce, online software platform, and the B2B2C approach.
  • Previous marketing experience towards prosumers or SMBs (especially small business owners) is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias towards data and KPIs and familiarity with A/B tests.
  • Motivation to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Past experience working in a dynamic, global team environment is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose problems, isolate them into actionable tactics, and drive towards creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.
