We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our SMB Experiences team. As the lead, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end journey for merchants engaging with PayPal, from onboarding through ongoing engagement, across web and mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Define the strategy for how PayPal should engage with SMBs onboarding to, and managing their businesses through, our platforms and translate that vision into a clear plan with strong execution
- Develop bundle constructs and pricing across the suite of products and services beyond payments that PayPal brings to market for SMBs
- Determine how best to enable these capabilities across all PayPal channels/brands (e.g., Venmo)
- Leverage AI to deliver high-value, personalized, self-service interactions with our customers
- Passion for and demonstrated success understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs; problem-solver mindset
- Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
- Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive - must thrive in a dynamic environment
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results

- History in business strategy and/or product development preferred
- Experience in financial services, payments or eCommerce preferred
