Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Engineer to join our team at Accordance Search Group. As a key member of our Technical Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across the west coast territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer service calls within 60 minutes of initial contact.
  • Initiate and track service records in our ERP system.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of systems on-site as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service documentation.
  • Provide input to our ERP system to create service calls, order components, and coordinate service activities.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance and complaint handling processes.
  • Initiate, schedule, or perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide FAQ support.
  • Perform troubleshooting for customer system use over the phone.
  • Provide field support as required.
  • Assist with Sales Orders and customer returns in ERP.
  • Coordinate with Materials Management and customer service on shipping and logistics.
  • Assist with PM Service agreements and Warranties.
  • Support internal departments and activities.
  • Review service reports and update work orders in ERP.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work varied shifts and unconventional hours when needed.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
