We are seeking a dedicated Field Application Specialist to support our operations in the South Western US market.

Position Overview:

The Field Application Specialist will report directly to the National Manager and will play a crucial role in addressing the technical requirements of our Advanced Waterproofing product line within the Henry BES West region. This role emphasizes the effective application of our products through mobilization, maintenance, and comprehensive training of our clientele on the utilization of our specialized polyurea equipment fleet. The position operates within a highly esteemed product environment and collaborates closely with sales leadership, technical teams, and marketing to meet both sales and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure successful product application execution.
  • Manage core product programs alongside our equipment distributor partners and customer base.
  • Provide technical field support for ongoing core product projects.
  • Engage with the technical team to contribute to the Carlisle training platform.
  • Organize regular maintenance and management of the company’s equipment inventory.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
  • Train and certify installers on the correct application techniques for Henry's spray polyurea and other Advanced Waterproofing products.
  • Evaluate and train new technicians effectively.
  • Conduct Product Knowledge training sessions for general contractors and installers.
  • Gather and report market intelligence regarding products, programs, shipping, and market segments.
  • Work collaboratively with other company personnel to provide technical assistance, training, project initiation, dealer support, contractor assistance, and problem resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications accurately.
  • Basic understanding of the mechanics and electrical functions of spray equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sound reasoning abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and professionally confident.
  • Approachable and collaborative, demonstrating appropriate business acumen.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively, including travel and meeting arrangements.

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
