  • Deliver assistance for a Microsoft-centric network, encompassing Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, alongside addressing fundamental desktop and networking challenges.
  • Oversee and resolve issues related to PC hardware and software, which includes desktops, laptops, and tablets, while also managing network communication difficulties and peripheral concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Operating Systems, hardware configuration, and software installation.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing capacity, particularly in collaboration with clinical staff and asset inventory management.
