Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
Oceania International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance on the use of Oceania International's products, including gun scopes, mounts, and other accessories.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional service.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines and their technical specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support within the gun accessory industry.
- Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using customer support software and tools, ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: Passion for firearms and gun accessories.
Working Conditions:
There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Traveling may be required.
Benefits:
- Full-Time Position: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
