We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Insight Global. This role offers a contract with the potential for permanent placement.
Work Schedule: Onsite four days a week, with remote work available on Wednesdays.
Compensation: $32/hr to $38/hr. Please note that exact compensation may vary based on various factors such as skills, experience, and education.
Benefits: Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts. Additionally, you will have access to a 401k retirement account with employer matching. Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off will also be provided as per applicable law.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in operations (as a coordinator or specialist) or program management.
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach to planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for climate impact and reducing carbon emissions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a start-up or marketplace environment.
- Familiarity with payment processing, invoice creation, and managing payments to external clients and vendors.
- Experience in generating contracts for new vendors/suppliers.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Ironclad.
- Experience in communicating with and coordinating efforts among senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our marketplace operations team, contributing significantly to the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing marketplace purchases from contract creation to customer fulfillment, which involves:
- Tracking project development and customer delivery progress.
- Collaborating with the Legal team to prepare marketplace sales contracts.
- Coordinating with Finance to track invoice requests and payment statuses for customers, suppliers, and external advisors.
- Providing post-sales support to our Customer Success teams.
- Communicating project updates, including production milestones, to customers.
- Building the operational framework for our long-term programs.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance and scale marketplace operations.
- Supporting seasonal projects such as annual audits or creating company-wide materials on marketplace services.
