About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our team as a Strategy and Operations Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead marketplace growth bets and unlock efficiencies across all sides of the marketplace. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive top-line and bottom-line performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive marketplace expansion and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, finance, marketing, sales, and other teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Design and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a problem-solving role, preferably in consulting, tech, banking, or analytics.
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, mathematics, or business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex financial or operational models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
