Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and edit communications, including emails and memos
  • Collate and distribute mail, both physical and electronic
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Salary and Benefits: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
