About the Role

S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Northeast Region sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the electrical power systems industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team
  • Expert knowledge of electrical power systems and sales strategies
  • Advanced business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
