Job Mission:
The Commercial Performance Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting all commercial channels, including boutiques, eCommerce, and specialist retail partners. This position focuses on analyzing business metrics and trends to identify strengths and opportunities within each commercial channel.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis:
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather and consolidate business performance data, generating comprehensive business recaps.
- Provide recommendations and feedback to the data solutions team for the development of dashboards and reports via PowerBI, enhancing existing reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance recaps, highlighting strengths and opportunities across business channels and driving action plans based on insights.
- Analyze business trends and performance, offering data-driven suggestions to formulate strategies aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term performance objectives.
- Establish daily sales targets to guide boutiques in meeting their monthly goals.
- Set monthly targets for wholesale accounts and provide recommendations to regional partners.
- Examine boutique traffic patterns and client shopping behaviors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Manage ad-hoc data and analysis requests from boutiques and regional partners.
Enhancement of Data Efficiency and Accuracy:
- Master the data flow process across all systems, providing recommendations to enhance team efficiency.
- Conduct ongoing data audits to improve the accuracy of business performance data.
- Clearly define key business metrics and performance indicators, strategizing to achieve performance KPI goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years in company, retail, and/or wholesale planning.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with SAP and PowerBI is preferred but not mandatory.
