Job Summary

White & Case is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team in New York. As a key member of our litigation team, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and clients, assisting with various aspects of commercial litigation, including research, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with research, document preparation, and case management
  • Conduct legal and factual research using various resources
  • Prepare and maintain case files, including pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
  • Support attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and witness interviews
  • Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Strong academic background and excellent research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
