Overview

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and deploying high-impact strategies, with prior experience in strategy consulting and/or internal strategy.

This role will support the Director, Commercial Strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders in strategy development for commercial opportunities through analysis, presentation building, and recommendation development.

The Commercial Strategy Manager will help shape and implement Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap, integrating into Corporate Strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap.
  • Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project work and recommendation development.
  • Develop commercially viable solutions and recommendations to problems.
  • Build executive-ready presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Managers.
  • Conduct ongoing industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities for BBG.
  • Support the coordination and execution of strategic commercial workstreams.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and timelines to ensure key deliverables are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences.
  • Ability to access, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Management and/or executive communication experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and prior beverage alcohol experience.
  • Experience utilizing syndicated data sources.
