Customer Service Representative

At DuBois Chemicals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and field teams within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The individual in this position will be accountable for ensuring superior service and assistance to our clientele, as well as to our operational teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Efficiently manage customer orders received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  2. Document and maintain customer-specific notes and requirements, while accurately assigning shipping dates and carriers.
  3. Respond promptly to incoming calls, adhering to established performance metrics.
  4. Address inquiries from customers and field personnel regarding order status, shipments, pricing, invoices, and returns.
  5. Follow instructions meticulously and take ownership of designated accounts.
  6. Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.
  7. Perform all essential duties of this role with or without reasonable accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  2. Exhibit patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  3. Possess a strong foundation in customer service principles.
  4. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Show strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
  6. Display keen attention to detail.
  7. Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changes swiftly.
  8. Maintain a consistent attendance record.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Associate's degree is preferred.
