Key Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and the flow of the service lane, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous assistance.
- Take charge of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a lasting positive impression.
- Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked.
- Ensure the daily allocation of technicians' time is effectively utilized to serve customers.
- Efficiently distribute tasks among technicians.
- Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company benchmarks.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
- Oversee warranty claim administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to established standards.
- Encourage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote a collaborative work environment.
