Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and the flow of the service lane, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Take charge of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked.
  • Ensure the daily allocation of technicians' time is effectively utilized to serve customers.
  • Efficiently distribute tasks among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company benchmarks.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claim administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
  • Uphold company policies and adhere to established standards.
  • Encourage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote a collaborative work environment.
