Job Title: Embedded Sales Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Embedded Sales Account Manager to join our team at Renesas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and maintain Renesas as a strategic supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a business and technical lens to real-world problems to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationships.
- Work closely with global and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end business results at assigned customer accounts.
- Home-office-based with frequent travel for face-to-face customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner).
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Geographically flexible (Training period in Chicago for ~6 months. Final job location will be home office-based in either Midwest, Northeast, or Piedmont Atlantic regions).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner).
- Cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher.
- Ability to balance technical skills with communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working with a team.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Strong personal accountability and competitive drive.
- Strong time management skills.
