Contract Duration: 4 Months
Position Overview:
This role requires a presence on-site, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, three days a week, totaling 15 hours.
Preferred days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with flexibility available.

Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Providing reception assistance
- Supporting facility management tasks
- Assisting with inventory and procurement
- Handling mail processing, both incoming and outgoing
- Setting up conference and meeting rooms, including catering arrangements
- Troubleshooting office equipment and technology issues
- Supporting compliance programs through quarterly office inspections
