Location: Seattle, WA
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Position Overview:
This role requires 100% onsite presence.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, standard shift.
Schedule: 3 days a week, totaling 15 hours per week.
Preferred days include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with flexibility available.
Bike storage facilities are accessible within the building.
We seek a highly energetic and personable individual.
Exceptional presentation skills are essential, as this role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensuring a professional and courteous impression.
Consideration will be given to college students available for part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Facilities Operations Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Providing reception support
- Assisting with facilities management
- Supporting inventory and procurement processes
- Handling mail processing (both incoming and outgoing)
- Setting up conference and meeting rooms, including catering arrangements
- Troubleshooting office equipment and technology issues
- Assisting with compliance programs and conducting quarterly office inspections
This position is integral to maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.
