Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Mid-level Marketing Specialist to enhance our growing team. This role encompasses strategic marketing initiatives, content development, event coordination, campaign performance evaluation, and outreach assistance.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, adept organizational skills, and the capability to manage priorities effectively. A public trust clearance will be required for this position.

Work Environment

This role will be based in a hybrid setting, requiring in-office attendance as necessary within the Washington, DC Metro Area. Candidates with a background in biometric and identity management are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of contracts and creation of content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop strategic operational plans.
  • Drive social media strategy and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Support external marketing efforts and communication activities for Dignari.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns from creation to execution and performance analysis.
  • Oversee key marketing metrics and maintain client performance dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Assist in event management throughout the entire event lifecycle.
  • Create diverse content, including briefings, videos, and social media posts, to support both client and Dignari objectives.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Content, Agency, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with the biometrics and identity management industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet client deliverables within established timelines.
  • Proven experience in program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and effectively communicate with multiple clients.
  • Data-driven mindset to inform marketing communications strategies and asset development.
  • Proficient in digital tools and processes.
Travel Requirements

Travel may be required up to 5-10%, depending on location.

Interpersonal Skills

The role demands excellent interpersonal communication abilities, proficiency in facilitating web-based meetings, and strong organizational skills, including planning, prioritizing, and hosting meetings. Candidates should demonstrate diligence in coordinating with clients to follow up on action items and possess solid writing skills for developing professional content.

UI/UX Collaboration

Experience in UI/UX is valued, as this role will involve close collaboration with federal agency branding offices and the Dignari UI/UX team.
