About the Role

Clyde Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Communications Associate to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of client programs, including media relations, content creation, digital activity, research, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Participate in client calls, actively listen during meetings, and create client deliverables (agendas, action items, hot lists, reports, etc.)
  • Workflow Management: Manage workflow for client work, including email and direct communication with clients
  • Communications Strategies: Execute communications strategies and tactics on behalf of clients, including developing media lists, pitching media, creating social content, and drafting content
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify key insights for clients and make recommendations based on emerging trends
  • Team Collaboration: Work with client teams to respond quickly and deliver on client requests, and contribute to client presentation materials, such as agendas, presentation decks, briefing books, and research packets
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional communications experience
  • Skills: Comfortable with basic social media aggregators, Microsoft and Google office products, and interested in digital marketing and SEO
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
