The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the coordination, execution, and assessment of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation, customer retention, engagement, business growth, and brand visibility.

This role is ideal for a motivated entry-level marketer who is eager to learn, manage requests, collaborate with global partners, and deliver results independently, all while maintaining a keen attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

As an integral member of a dynamic and high-performing Marketing team, this individual will have the opportunity to explore their creativity and innovative ideas while contributing to the strategic direction and execution of marketing efforts.

The position will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, sales enablement teams, and agency partners to drive marketing strategies that foster a robust sales pipeline and client success initiatives.


Responsibilities:


Assist in the creation, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and opportunities; these activities may include email marketing, social media outreach, events, display advertising, promotional materials, videos, and more.

Contribute to the development and optimization of website content and user experience to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing analytics to key stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design comprehensive marketing campaigns that identify prospects and convert opportunities.
Support various aspects of social media and digital marketing efforts, including content planning, creation, and distribution.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive assessments to establish benchmarks, identify trends, and explore innovations.
Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external events through the development of content, promotional materials, presentations, and other resources.
Perform any additional marketing and communications tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience; internships are advantageous.
Bachelor's or master's degree.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Experience with AI, data analysis, web analytics, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Search, Excel) along with some knowledge of HTML.

Working knowledge of essential marketing communications technology.
Solid understanding of all aspects of marketing, digital marketing, and best practices in client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, multitasking abilities, and resourcefulness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and some experience with SEM tools.
Basic understanding of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B and/or sales environment.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot.
Experience working in an agency setting.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary.

Compensation:
The annual salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience, with a 10% annual bonus.
