Sales Team Coordinator

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Team Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as compiling event information, coordinating vendors, and organizing event paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with Tripleseat or similar reservation platforms. Additionally, they should be a team player, flexible, and eager to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including compiling weekly event information, printing menus, and coordinating vendors
- Assist the sales team with interdepartmental communications to ensure thorough understanding of event flow and needs throughout the restaurant
- Assist with set-up and execution of events as needed
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media content gathering
- Work with Sales Managers and PR firm on promotional events and specials
- Answer phones and respond to voicemails assisting customers and potential customers with reservations or answering questions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required. At least some college or additional training preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and software experience with Tripleseat, POS systems, Resy, or similar reservation platforms
- Excellent communicator, friendly, organized, flexible, and a team player
- Eager to add to knowledge base and learn new skills
