Position Overview

The Office Support Specialist will deliver essential assistance to the Administrative Offices, particularly aiding the Leadership Team under the guidance of the Executive Assistant.

  • Adaptable work hours with potential evening or weekend commitments
  • Successful completion of a criminal background investigation is required
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
  • Collaborative team member with strong communication abilities
  • Provide administrative support and manage office inventory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Document meeting notes and manage incoming correspondence
  • Handle phone calls and perform receptionist responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, with a preference for candidates possessing two years of clerical experience and two years in Human Services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Efficient operation of office machinery
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage stress effectively
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and execute office-related tasks

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Involves lifting, bending, sitting, and standing for extended durations
  • Typical office working conditions apply
