We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our dynamic construction office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager and construction team with various administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Execute clerical duties and maintain an organized office environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a construction office is preferred; however, a background in a busy office is essential.
- Familiarity with Contractor Licenses is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory if there is no construction experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks.
- A solid work ethic and keen attention to detail are essential.
