Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Office Manager and construction team with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Execute clerical duties and maintain an organized office environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a construction office is preferred; however, a background in a busy office is essential.
  • Familiarity with Contractor Licenses is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory if there is no construction experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks.
