This position requires in-office attendance for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance. The role is classified as Exempt Salary with a compensation range of $100,000 - $120,000/year. We welcome applications from candidates who do not need visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Talent Acquisition) to define and outline essential requirements, milestones, and dependencies for project success.
  • Evaluating current processes and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for processes.
  • Tracking and reporting on project progress and initiatives, promptly addressing any challenges.
  • Overseeing the deployment of new systems, processes, and solutions within the organization.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new technologies and implementing systems across all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and acceptance of new initiatives.
  • Conducting regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring project deliverables align with quality standards and business requirements.
  • Identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring project risks and executing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.
  • Identifying improvement initiatives to meet established business objectives.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and derive lessons learned.
  • Continuously refining project management practices based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Creating project runbooks to monitor timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

The ideal Project Manager will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally exceeding 5 years.
  • A high standard for execution, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams, bridging various organizational segments to achieve cross-functional results.
  • A proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and work collaboratively across multiple areas to achieve common business goals.
  • A keen learner with exceptional organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • A team-oriented mindset, adaptable to change, and capable of being patient, persistent, pragmatic, and diplomatic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with senior management.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of IT/Technical initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging visual presentations.
  • Desirable PMO experience.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Familiarity with CRM software systems.
  • Experience with project management tools like Wrike.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
