Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is on the lookout for a full-time IT Support Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves configuring and maintaining hardware, installing desktop applications, and providing user assistance.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in setting up PC and MAC hardware.
- A minimum of 5 years of on-site technical support experience.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
- Knowledgeable in WiFi and Hotspot technologies.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
