Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Neptune's reach in the US. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Finding new business opportunities and driving sales
  • Utilizing the assistance of the marketing and pre-sales team to generate new leads
  • Influencing end-users and C-level stakeholders to achieve sales goals

You will be a key player in a dynamic US team, working closely with a pre-sales consultant, customer success manager, marketing specialist, software support specialist, and business development representative. The team has the full support of the European Neptune Software Team.

The ideal candidate should be a confident, outgoing, and extroverted individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable interacting with others and able to build relationships with prospects in any environment.

Objectives
  • Customer prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaboration with marketing on driving campaigns via marketing automation
  • Cold outreach via phone and email
  • Nurturing leads through regular contact via email or phone, and in person
  • Collaboration with marketing to drive marketing automation
  • Conducting demos and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle
Compensation and Benefits

  • Uncapped commission structure

Requirements
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales success
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience selling software in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem
  • Ability to build relationships with Global 1000 senior line-of-business and IT executives
  • Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling skills
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies
