Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:

Single Stop is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to lead the full-cycle sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on driving the adoption of our SaaS technology solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding Single Stop's presence across the country by developing and executing targeted sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Research, identify, and contact potential clients to establish relationships, arrange meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy and Market Penetration: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Single Stop's strategic goals, with a focus on penetrating new markets and sectors.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct thorough and compelling demonstrations of Single Stop's products and technology to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Track and analyze trends in state and local benefit systems, identify new market opportunities, and assess competitive offerings.
  • Collaboration and Feedback Loops: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and market insights, helping shape product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent, 5+ years of successful experience in a B2B sales role, particularly in selling SaaS-based product solutions.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Experience selling to Human Resources, Corporate/Social Responsibility, or Customer Retention departments, or in industries such as Retail, Restaurant, Utilities, Insurance, Government, or Education.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and proficiency in data analysis.
