About the Role

SymphonyAI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry, preferably selling ITSM, IT Operations Management, or Asset management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including an understanding of IT service management practices, IT operations, asset management, and governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
