Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-level administrative assistance to executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
- Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, organizing documentation, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Conduct research and compile data to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee and coordinate special projects and events, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage financial documents such as expense reports and invoices with precision and confidentiality.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Safeguard confidential information and sensitive materials with the highest level of discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and foster effective communication throughout the organization.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative position, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant productivity tools.
