The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.   • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA BLS certification prior to the end of the orientation period.
