Territory Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Advance and secure sales in the market through territory planning, merchandising, and communication of company and supplier objectives.
- Execute daily outside sales calls, generate daily prioritized to-do lists, and call reports.
- Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products, as well as business and industry trends.
- Accountability for timely follow-up on each sale to ensure customer satisfaction, preparing necessary paperwork, and delivering it to the account to ensure timely invoicing.
- Promote customer satisfaction, resolution, and loyalty with excellent follow-up in all stages and aspects of the sales cycle.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and communication channels with all relevant departments.
- College education preferred or past winning track record of 3-5 years in industrial sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, including patience and persistence for daily prospecting and maintaining current strong customer relationships.
- Dedicated, self-motivated, energetic mindset focused on solid work ethic.
- Meticulous attention to detail, both methodically and thoroughly.
- Well-rounded coaching ability and outstanding verbal and written communication.
