ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled project coordinator with a solid background in commercial construction, particularly in electrical, fire, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation.
  • Engage with internal and external clients to gather necessary information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for project superintendents and send project invitations to managers.
  • Assist in evaluating potential business partners.
  • Maintain and update documentation for business partners.
  • Support directors with various administrative tasks, including talent acquisition, marketing efforts, and inventory management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.

Education: High School diploma with trade and/or college education in a related field.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in a supportive office role that includes bookkeeping responsibilities.
