Administrative Coordinator

Accentuate Staffing is in search of an Administrative Coordinator to support a client in their operational needs.
The Administrative Coordinator will be essential in facilitating the efficient functioning of the office and aiding in project oversight.
This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity.Key Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll for the local team.
2. Manage incoming communications and welcome visitors.
3. Assist in the development and upkeep of project documentation.
4. Oversee purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating necessary screenings and managing employment documentation.
6. Ensure that all office equipment, including telephones and computers, are maintained in optimal condition.
7. Support project managers with various administrative tasks, such as daily reporting, billing, and document organization.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
