Administrative Support Specialist

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Functional Support professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the training department, including managing training-related inquiries and requests.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems to support training registrations for internal and external employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Process and provide necessary class preparation documentation for training staff, guaranteeing a smooth learning experience.
- Order training supplies and resources as needed, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Provide basic reporting functions, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word.
- Ability to quickly learn new software, particularly Learning Management System Software.
- Database experience a plus, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Financial/accounting skills and experience, with a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Team player with the ability to share workload responsibilities and coordinate efforts.
