We seek diligent individuals with a positive mindset to enhance our service department. Our thriving dealership requires a Certified Recreational Vehicle Specialist to support our rapidly expanding full-service RV dealership and repair facility.

In this position, you will assess, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles, including travel trailers.

You may focus on maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose RV issues
• Discuss repairs and additional service requests with service advisors
• Collaborate with the shop foreman to plan work procedures
• Track repair time and keep RV service advisors updated
• Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding RV care and operation
• Complete documentation for all repairs
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations (including hazardous waste disposal)
• Learn through various training methods, including audio, visual, and hands-on
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc.
• Certified Technician certificate (RVTI preferred)

Compensation:
• $65,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
