Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
    • Identify customer needs and preferences through effective dialogue.
    • Provide detailed information about various RV models, highlighting features and advantages.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and facilitate test drives.
    • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the financing process.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the latest RV models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge to better serve customers.
  • Post-Sale Communication:
    • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Promptly address any inquiries or concerns from customers.
  • Sales Goals:
    • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Assist with various dealership tasks during slower periods, including supporting other departments and participating in inventory management.
    • A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the automotive or RV sector.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and customer-centric approach.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with RV systems and components is advantageous.
Compensation Package:
  • Monthly guarantee of $3,000 for the first six months.
  • 20% of gross profit on RV sales.
  • 25% of gross profit on boat sales.
  • Annual earnings potential ranging from $36,000 to $250,000.
Work Schedule:
  • Weekend work is mandatory.
  • One additional day off during the week, with Sundays off.
