Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Identify customer needs through effective dialogue and active listening.
- Educate customers on various RV models, highlighting their features and advantages.
- Sales Execution:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and facilitate test drives.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the financing process for customers.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest RV models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge to better serve customers.
- Post-Sale Support:
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns.
- Sales Goals:
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Additional Duties:
- Assist with various dealership operations during slower periods, including inventory management and maintaining dealership organization.
- Exhibit a collaborative spirit and readiness to support team efforts.
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle sector.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiastic, customer-oriented approach.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Familiarity with RV systems and components is advantageous.
- Monthly guarantee of $3,000 for the initial six months.
- 20% commission on gross profit from RV sales.
- 25% commission on gross profit from boat sales.
- Potential annual earnings ranging from $36,000 to $250,000.
- Weekend availability required, with Sundays off and one additional weekday off.
