Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
    • Identify customer needs and preferences through effective dialogue.
    • Provide detailed information about various RV models, highlighting features and advantages.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and facilitate test drives.
    • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the financing process.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Stay updated on the latest RV models, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge to better serve customers.
  • Customer Follow-Up:
    • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Objectives:
    • Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and targets.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Assist with various dealership tasks during slower periods, including supporting other departments and contributing to inventory management.
    • A collaborative spirit and readiness to assist where needed are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the automotive or RV sector.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and customer-centric approach.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with RV systems and components is advantageous.
Compensation Structure:
  • Guaranteed monthly income of $3,000 for the first six months.
  • 20% commission on gross profit from RV sales.
  • 25% commission on gross profit from boat sales.
  • Potential annual earnings ranging from $36,000 to $250,000.
Work Schedule:
  • Mandatory Saturdays.
  • Regular Sundays off and one additional weekday off.
