Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Seismic sales enablement platform utilized by various teams within the Pharma Services division, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Site personnel.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Marketing Communications and focuses on providing expert guidance and support for the Seismic platform, specifically tailored for the Pharma Services Commercial team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Seismic platform, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience for users and content creators; offer technical assistance and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate access requests and grant permissions to users in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Address user inquiries and feedback regarding the Seismic site and its content, ensuring that any content-related issues are directed to the appropriate authors.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform and remain updated on new features; provide recommendations for business applications and priorities for adoption.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Seismic customer success manager.
  • Collaborate with PSG Sales Operations and Training teams as necessary to enhance, integrate, and promote the use of Seismic in alignment with Commercial objectives and initiatives.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the PSG Seismic site, creating new pages and widgets as required to meet business and user needs.
  • Analyze user engagement metrics, search queries, content performance, and other relevant data; offer insights and suggestions for optimization.
  • Create educational materials and user guides to assist colleagues in enhancing their proficiency with Seismic.
  • Facilitate the upload of content to Seismic, conduct regular content audits, and notify authors of required updates. Monitor to ensure updates are completed.
  • Assist the Manager of Marketing Communications with Sales team engagement efforts to boost usage and value creation.
  • Manage and complete additional projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in marketing and/or sales operations within a complex business-to-business environment.
  • A minimum of two years providing administrative support for Seismic.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a virtual team setting.
  • Proficient in quickly learning new systems.
