Position Summary
An Inside Sales Representative is essential in driving revenue growth by addressing incoming inquiries from prospective clients while also fostering and managing relationships with current customers. This role demands a blend of sales expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and thorough product knowledge to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a Sales Account Manager capacity or a comparable position.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to articulate complex ideas in a manner that is accessible to customers.
- Driven, target-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Flexibility and eagerness to stay informed about evolving products and market dynamics.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in face-to-face sales interactions with clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills for efficient inbox management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing objections.
- Experience in a leadership or management capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings, including their features, advantages, and competitive positioning.
- Provide precise quotes, pricing, and proposals tailored to customer needs, negotiating as necessary to finalize sales.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate how our products can address customer challenges.
- Employ effective sales strategies to guide prospects through the sales journey, converting leads into loyal customers.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business, upsell additional offerings, and generate referrals.
- Achieve or exceed the sales targets and quotas established by the organization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Regularly update and manage CRM systems to document customer interactions, track sales progress, and forecast potential revenue.
- Collaborate with fellow sales team members, marketing, and other departments to synchronize efforts and reach collective sales goals.
- Address all customer service issues that arise after the sale.

Position Information
- Compensation: Anticipated salary range of $60,000 - $74,000 annually, comprising a base pay of $24/hour plus potential commissions.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Employee Status: Regular.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible shift options available.
